   I went into this store today with the intention of purchasing a hamster however after being ignored by staff for approx 15 minutes, I left frustrated. No staff made any attempt to help, the store was not busy they just chose not to assist. I was about to address a member of staff directly to ask for help however after watching them be ignorant towards another customer I chose not to attempt this and have left disappointed.

   Great Pets at home, is always well stocked with our pups favourite treats. Accessible entrance and plenty of parking too. Joining the pets club offers various discounts monthly which is lovely when you save a little.

   My daughter and I bought the cutest wee three months old guinea pigs yesterday as a wee extra Christmas pressie and they have settled in well. The staff in the store in Kirkcaldy were very friendly and happy to help especially the last who helped is choose these adorable wee furries. She took her time and explained about the care and feeding of them and she made sure we were well-looked after and my daughter is so happy. Will definitely be back again

   This pets at home store is just like every other pets at home store. Plenty of selection. The animals appear well looked after and the information from the staff about the animals is fantastic. I asked a staff member for a recommendation about food for my cat as I don't want her having regular processed food and wanted more information on raw feeding. The staff member was very knowledgeable and was able to recommend some brilliant brands. The shop itself is very clean and tidy. Things are well spaced out and there is plenty of space to move around, even with a pushchair. This store has a vets for pets and a groom room at the back which is brilliant as you can get everything done in one place.

2. Ka Onsid (Jaxocide) ★★☆☆☆

   Not enough staff on tills or check outs, they obviously try really hard and are worked off their feet but still makes for poor customer service when they can't get to everyone. Because of this the best experience of coming here - is either leaving or chatting with other pet owners rather than anything provided by store or its staff. Would be 1 star if not for the knowledgeable and very hard working staff.
