   Had a nightmare from start to yet finish Where do I start overall experience terrible 3rd July placed an order 1 week went by was told the product not in but due in August so decided to get a full refund I actually ordered with a different company on the internet and was delivered within 24hrs So now the refund was told it had to be processed ok no problem how long 3-4 days to show back on the card used ok no probs No refund so went in the branch o it’s being dealt with it’s now gone upstairs and it’s on its way phew thank god Woke up to part refund not full rang again was told o don’t know why that was Fumming with this company is an understatement to this day I have not still had the rest of the refund but once again I rang to be told it’s on its way well let’s see hopefully it is The service overall wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole

   Parts plus driver presumably delivering in Exeter this morning, was in wrong lane at the lights at bottom of southernhay. Starts tooting horn and shouting abuse at other drivers in the right lane. Great advert for the company.

   Is there any need for your vans to drive so aggressively? The one driving around Taunton at 7.30am this morning really needs to remember that when you drive a branded van, you represent a company. Let’s hope your business is better than your drivers!
