I'm working up in Edinburgh for the Fringe and brought my cat again this year. When she got poorly I needed peace of mind that she was in good hands, away from her normal vet, and that is exactly what I got. Very prompt, thorough and helpful!
We moved to Braid Vets after a bad experience somewhere else. The staff are always lovely, attentive and considerate. Every vet we have seen has been knowledgeable and informative. We feel very happy having our two cats and dog here.
We have three cats and we always use the same two vets in the practice and they are thorough and knowledgeable and treat the cats so gently. Over the years, we’ve visited other vets who are not as good as Braids.
The vet Jennifer was excellent, answered all my questions and concerns and handled my cat amazingly well, really helped my very stressed cat. The receptionist (who also adopted a stray cat that had turned up in her shed) was also very friendly, polite and professional. All together a really positive vist and consultation for myself and Pie. Braid Vets Leith Walk is now my and Pie's vet.
Competent vets who will listen to your concerns and explain things in a way you'll understand. Half wishing I was a cat to get the same level of medical care as my fluffy sons. They also cater to exotics, which is incredibly useful.
I wouldn’t trust any other vets with my dog. I feel my dog’s needs are always met and staff are courteous and friendly. On the the occasions where my dog has needed to be sedated for treatment/ surgery I always feel he is in the best hands and the vets take away any potential anxieties due to their professional manner.
Very impressed by my visit to Braid Vets yesterday. Very knowledgeable and caring staff. The vet was thorough and meticulous in her examination of my dog and spent some time discussing how her health can be improved in the future. I would highly recommend this practice to any pet owners. After moving to the area I decided to move my vet practice. I chose this practice for my two cats as the reviews suggested it to be the best around. On my first visit recently I wasn’t let down.
