Waste of a retail space. Never heard of a "pharmacy chain" that doesnt have a pharmacy area like the vast majority of the other ones.

I popped into this branch to buy the item on the picture. I find the exact item, however the in store price is £37. I confirm with the very helpful lassie it's the same one I'm looking at online. Since it's over £15 it qualifies for free click and collect from that very store. I pay £30 for a collection on the next day. I'm always in the area so coming back a few days later isn't a problem. I would imagine there will be many more products will fall foul of this sneaky trick.

Absolutely appalled at the behaviour of the extremely rude staff at boots straiton .we are regular customers there but every time we go in we are followed, scowled at and the staff are so unhelpful when we ask for help as we did today . The old woman with long blonde hair and headset has such a horrible demeanour and we are made to feel so unwelcome there despite being loyal customers What happened to positive customer service. Won't be going back boots

This store is quite big and has most things that you would expect. In addition there is a rituals desk, large perfume selection and a No 7 counter. Staff are helpful and friendly

Visited this branch this afternoon, 02/01/23. I was browsing the Fenty counter looking for some face powder. I didn't ask for any help and tried some of the powders on my wrist. The male assistant, shouted at me from a distance, 'What are you looking for?' He did this very loudly and sounded impolite. He reprimanded me for using my finger to test the tester products - how else are you supposed to test them?? - saying I would ruin the powder with my finger. There was no sign to suggest this wasn't allowed and no one approached me to help initially. When he did help, he made me feel small, suggesting my colour choices weren't right. When he did put some powder on my face for me, he did so in a rough manner. He also made me feel rushed, telling me to hurry as the store closed in 15 mins. I didn't feel respected as a customer, especially as I had been really looking forward to buying this product. I also felt embarrassed with his volume and manner, and noticed other customers looking over. Then when I made a decision the colour I wanted was out of stock. When i left the store, I thanked him...but I really should've complained at the time, but I just wanted to leave the store. I wonder if he treats all his customers like this, or if it was just because I'm Asian/Thai. I couldn't forget about it when I got home and so needed to leave this review.

Have to say.. we had the best experience today in boots. I hope I’m right in saying the gentleman’s name was Callum at the fragrance counter. My mrs and I popped in for a couple of Xmas gifts and Callum was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, informative and hilarious. Every store needs a Callum Dave and Kirsty

One of the best Boots I've been to in Edinburgh. It's very large and easy to browse with a great selection of items. I really liked it because it's spacious and there is a lot to choose from. If you are driving outside or are nearby, it is a good stop for all your pharmacies and probably make up needs.

Very good Boots, deceptively larger inside than appears from the frontage. Lots of great offers on for Christmas as well as their normal 3 for 2. Lay out similar to many larger stores, so if your familiar with Boots it's very easy to navigate. Pharmacist is rear right in this store. Christmas gifts far left along with kids clothes and electrical. Got some really nice gift sets and big reductions on electricsld. Staff are excellent and till service was very quick.
