   Was in Vets for pets in Falkirk today unfortunately I did not get the name of the young Vet who looked after my cat but she was brilliant! She was attentive, understanding & treated my cat with respect which has been lacking in previous visits. I left feeling heard & understood & confident that my cat had had the best care . She didn’t rush she just spoke to me & my cat and was so lovely ! I really hope she is a permanent vet in this practice bcos previous to this visit I was looking to leave and go else where! I feel bad I didn’t get her name but she is a young lady of colour and me and my cat love her bcos she was so kind & fantastic! If u can book the same vet at every visit can We please have her ❤️

   Lovely local vets. I have a new puppy and they were very helpful. Friendly staff.Giving me space to make my own decisions but the knowledge to make an informed decision. Plenty of leaflets in reception area. Warm welcoming. The staff are so Friendly. Book online or via the phone. They send regular deworming medication in the post. The consultation rooms are great space for health check ups. The practice does minor and major Ops and have a pet hospital for overnight cases. The staff take such great care from advice over the phone if needed to how well they manage and deal with the pets. All of the vets and vet nurses are so helpful, knowledgeable and great with the animals. we are so happy to start our journey at this practice

   We had our dog here for his first check-up. The appointment was rushed. Lack of genuine information on why our dog had to get bloods taken, we felt they were scaremongering us. Overall it was a very negative experience, I would recommend going elsewhere.

   This was our first visit for our new Kitten to the practice The reception staff were amazingly friendly and explained everything very thoroughly. The Vet was extremely knowledgeable on the care we could and will administer to our new Kitten. We took out a care plan for her as we felt that offers the best value to our kitten. So far Vets4Pets Falkirk has excelled in our expectations and we have no issues in recommending them to other pet owners..

   The staff was polite, very helpful as it was an emergency visit. They took care my cat and they explained clearly everything to me. They helped me to understand what my health plan covers. There was an available appointment the same day which was brilliant as we are in the middle of Christmas and New Year holidays. And finally my pet is better and I am more relaxed after the visit.

   From walking through the door making a first appointment I knew I made a good choice. We had an appointment for vaccinations/health check we were greeted at reception with smiling friendly faces and my wee dog got so much love and attention she was nervous but so friendly and the girls managed to get a wee cuddle. The vet explained everything really well and advised on flea and worming treatment that helped me make the right choice for my pup. I was really reassured that everything I was doing for my pup was right and best for her. Lola is my first pet and I know she’s on safe hands under Vets4Pets care. Thanks so much. See you soon for her second vacs.
