   We booked for 2 nights, for a family of four. The check in time was flexible. The mother daughter duo hosts were lovely and quite hospitable. The place offers a warm family atmosphere, away from the city hustle and bustle, the scenic views are soothing to your eyes and calming to the soul. The property is very clean, the rooms are enormous sized, each room has ensuite, with both overhead shower cabinet as well as bath tub. The washrooms were as clean as white. The morning breakfast was freshly prepared and served with a soul warming etiquette s. We spend a lovely time on the farm and petted the horses as well. It's a lovely place to stay away from Edinburgh city center, yet closer in the quiet n calm of nature. Will surely visit again in summers.

   We went on the Clydesdales experience it was amazing from start to finish. Had a carriage ride with the beautiful horses they are such gentle giants, we were able to feed and touch the animals, first time holding a chicken and touching a pig, not to mention the donkeys and the young foal. The staff were really nice and told you all about the animals and there individual names. There are boxer dogs one who liked to jump up on the carriage for a clap. I highly recommend this experience and hope to go back in the spring to feed some lambs.

   Absolutely brilliant place to stay if you want to go into Edinburgh but still stay in the countryside. The staff are so incredibly kind and accommodating, could not fault this place at all! The rooms are big and clean, you have everything you need, and you can spend time with lots of lovely animals! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we would stay here again in a heartbeat should we ever come up that way again! :)

   We loved this B&B stay! It was so convenient to not have a strict check in time and it made our travels much less stressful knowing how flexible they were. The hosts were such a kind family, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was phenomenal! We were able to look around the farm and meet the beautiful animals too! Highly recommend!

   I stay mostly in hotels and this was my first B n B, my company asked me to choose my accommodation and this was the closest to where I was working, it is the nicest place I have ever stayed in. Huge rooms, beautifully decorated and designed, in the middle of nowhere. The owners made me feel so welcome and as it has horses and other animals I was told I could roam around the stables,breakfast was freshly cooked and a nice choice. Would definitely recommend and I hope to stay again

   I stay in more hotels and B n Bs than I do in my own home. Mostly I'm not disappointed by any place, just Meh.. However, Baumhaus booked me into this BnB tonight and it is absolutely the nicest and best place I have ever stayed in. Immensely large rooms, beautifully decorated and designed, a true haven in the middle of nowhere. The owners are the best in the business and are genuinely interested in how you feel.

   OMG! What a surprise! FANTASTIC!!! Competes with any 5* World Hotel! Spacious, well equipped rooms where everything works! Beautifully laid out with plenty of condiments and essentials. The bedding is to die for! Quality at its best! Must've cost a fortune? Yes, by far the best "b&b" I've ever stayed in and you won't be disappointed!
