Great location, nice sized accommodation just needs a maintenance person and a cleaner to give it some love, it's probably a 3* at the moment but has the potential to be better glad we didn't pay full price, didn't see the host until the night before we were leaving who asked of everything was alright (bit late for that) and then asked if we wanted to stay the following week. He did seem like a lovely chap though. Car parking is great, straight outside the front door pretty much, hot tub is fairly private and it's a shame not everything is supplied to use the log burner (it's suggested you go into the woods to collect dry twigs) however some compressed logs, paper and fire starters were available, I think we'd stay again if we saw it on offer again but would hope there had been a little work done in the meantime, overall Scotland is lovely, Edinburgh a short drive away and the Christmas markets are fantastic too.

Stayed with my family for a long weekend. Very nice cottage with great space and lovely rooms. Hot tub was nice to relax in and is well kept and clean. Walking distance into Linlithgow and the golf course is just down the road. Quite a narrow drive in on a single lane road but that was expected for the location. Children's play park on site as well. Service was great too, would recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect holiday experience. Williamscraig is a set of several high spec holiday homes. 8 of our family stayed in Laurel cottage. It was spacious, well equipped and the beds were very comfy. There was plenty of parking. We made use of the hottub every night, explored the beautiful, peaceful surroundings on foot, and got to feed the gorgeous Highland cows. The town of Linlithgow was a lovely surprise including the stunning castle and St. Micheal's church. The regular trains from Linlithgow station meant Edinburgh and Glasgow are within easy reach for visiting.

We were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids in Apple tree cottage , spent 4 nights from June 05. The place is good and has all basic amenities, including dishwater, washing machine, Owen and all other basic amenities in good condition, Ample parking space and good room heating facilities. There is a jacuzzi which is quite spacious. The open ground with zip line , swings etc make the children happy. Saintsburry is at a 5 min drive . Good place to feel detached and relax. The only draw back was the pressure of water from the shower was surprisingly low . Host Findlay was very prompt responsive and supportive

Beautiful holiday cottages, spacious and clean. Fabulous views and central to lots of attractions. A highlight for us was the wildlife cameras, where you can view birds, badger sets and the lake on a TV set in the lounge. We also thoroughly enjoyed the hot tubs. We would definitely book again.

Love coming here. The setting is brilliant in the countryside yet just a 5 minute drive into the town centre.the houses are well kitted out. Each cottage has a jacuzzi. You can do axe and knife throwing for a small fee. A great place to relax or to use as a base to travel to Edinburgh, Fife etc.

We stayed here in March and had a fantastic time. (Young family 1&3 year old) . The accommodation was immaculate & very well equipped. High chair, safety gates and also travel costs too. The park is great for them and we had fun too.The Hot tub was great. I loved the fact that there was a washing machine & tumble drier & dishwasher too as we ate in majority of the time. Highly recommend a visit to the wee Cheesecake cafe in Linlithgow too!
