Terrible garage! Don’t go anywhere near them !! I booked my car in on Thursday for 08.30 Monday morning took car & left it outside on Sunday night so they could start on it on Monday first thing, by late Monday I tried phoning no answer from landline or mobile so I left a message( no one called back) Tuesday morning tried phoning no answer again so I left a message again by lunchtime I called & was told by the end of the day Tuesday I would be given an update (guess what! No call back) By Wednesday morning still no call so went in late morning & my car was still parked up outside not even looked at yet!!! What a complete waste of space this garage is AVOID! AVOID! AVOID apparently they have this reputation locally so other garages have told me they leave cars for weeks sometimes! I’m so furious as I was recommended to them! Never again!!!!

I have been going to Longlife Motors ever since I moved to Nailsea. I have always found them to be friendly, accommodating, quick and efficient. They always call to let me know what needs doing and ring to tell me when I can collect my Vehicle. I would highly recommend.
Omg, the best service ever!!! I have been to lots of garages by now and nobody is so good, fast and great priced as they are. I had a problem that 4 mechanics before could not find what it is, changed other parts that didn't need to be changed and the terrible noise was still there. This garage fixed it in 2 h from confirmation call! And their price was absolutely great! It's not first time i get things done at this garage and it definitely won't be the last. They are great every time! Could not recommend enough!:)
Our new local garage when moving to Nailsea - we have had services and MOTs through them and they have always been professional, thorough and have excellent customer service. My recent service they spotted a factory error on the car and gave me excellent advice to make sure I took my car to be paid for by the manufacturers losing themselves business in the process. Absolutely above and beyond and I would recommend this garage to anyone - always fair on price and keep you in the loop on everything they are doing. Thank you to Fran and the team for a great experience and we will continue to use them for any car services, MOTs and repairs.
Had a problem with my v6 Audi A3, Rob found the issue fixed the issue and went through a few more bits to make sure all was well with the engine. The work is top notch no problems at all the price is very reasonable too and I just want to mention that I have had problems with previous garages however Rob at longlife is extremely honest and knows exactly what he is talking about, I can not rate these people highly enough
Excellent service and kind friendly staff. My car windows got stuck down in the rain, the lovely chap fitted me in immediately, was very cheerful and friendly despite me adding to his work on a Saturday afternoon. He fixed my windows with their computer and wouldn’t even take payment for the time. I’ve never been to that garage before and I’m astonished by their generosity, I thought it was a great service when I was paying for it! I will be sure to pay this kindness forward- thank you!
