Spoke with David this morning as my Samsung TV was not working. Did a quick phone diagnosis and determined screen was done. He advised that probably as cost effective to get new one. In conversation he asked where I got it and when I said John Lewis he said that there should be a 5 year guarantee, which proved correct. Have now scheduled them to repair/replace. David was excellent. Responded to my initial email enquiry very quickly, and arranged to visit. Visited our home, asked a few questions to understand the problem, and ascertain the specific issue, and then managed to resolve the problem without too much fuss. Very tidy work, ensured everything was back in the correct place, and briefly explained to problem to me. I would definitely recommend this excellent service.
