Great experience today at H-Samuel with my daughter getting her ears pierced. They put my daughter at ease from the moment we arrived and talked us through what was going to happen. Lovely selection of earrings to choose from. A very positive experience for my daughter who was feeling very nervous!
Beth was brilliant today in my local store. I had purchased a gift for my husband's 30th but had mistaken the retailer for another. Beth however said she would help as best she could to resolve the tarnishing problem. She was knowledgeable and efficient - The piece of jewellery is now beautiful, like new! Couldn't recommend enough!
I had taken in a ring, after I had to replace it when original one got damaged. Ring was very sentimental to me. Was greeted by Jenny lovely friendly lady who took time to listen to my issue. My replacement ring was spinning around so Jenny measured me and gave me price to downsize it. Extremely reasonable £45. Collected it after couple of weeks(very quick return) and looked sparkling ✨️. Fitted better and I had my mum back with me. Jenny also suggested I could still send my original ring away to enquire if it can be fixed. After being told by a local Jewellers it was too light for them to fix it I was delighted. The sentimental reason of my ring is priceless regardless of weight or cost. H Samuel actually care more than the smaller , family run businesses about the value of jewellery and the sentiment behind it. Can't thank Jenny enough. Will always use H Samuel. Xx
Went here looking for a Ruby ring on a silver band for my wife, Gale, and my 40th wedding anniversary. Gale chose the colour of the ruby, which was sent especially to the store, then H Samuel went away to produce the ring we wanted. Four weeks later, here was the result. We are absolutely delighted with the design and is exactly what we were looking for. Every member staff in-store were very knowledgeable, friendly and above all helpful. They certainly know their stuff !!! Very pleased, and would definitely recommend.
