   I have a good watch and when the battery needs to be replaced I take it to Goldsmiths at Kinnaird Park in Edinburgh as it is an absolute pleasure to deal with the staff there and my watch comes back not only with a new battery but it looks like new - shiny, clean and polished and looking as though it had just been bought. These people CARE about their clients and their watches. The staff are lovely as well and are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They make me and my watch feel cherished!

   I originally went to the store to have an item of jewellery cleaned. I was served very quickly and whilst in store I saw a watch I liked for my hubby to be. I returned with him next day to purchase. Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Pauline was very helpful with both my purchase and service. She described the item perfectly, was able to answer all questions we had and made sure we were happy and the item fit perfectly before we left. I recommend this store and look forward to returning.

   After being treated so poorly at goldsmith in the new St james quarter me and my mum were worried about going to a different one but we couldn't be more wrong. The customer service at this store is absolutely fantastic.. every person we have delt with has been so nice and helpful. This is our new favourite store, thank you so much! We will recommend all the staff and store to everyone.

   My partner and I popped in a couple of months before Christmas, I was super nervous as it was the first shop I had been in for a very long time because of COVID. The staff were fantastic and put me at ease immediately. Pauline truly could not have been nicer or more helpful, I bought my partner a lovely Eternity ring, and my partner bought me my dream Tudor watch. Early Christmas presents. Thank you to all the staff from the bottom of my heart.
