   I was just there and went to adjust my watch, and honestly, the service was excellent. A young guy helped me; I forgot to ask his name. Another gentleman told me he spoke a little Spanish because I don't speak English, and I thought that might make it difficult to talk to them, but they treated me very well, and everything went smoothly. I was delighted.

   I would like to express my thanks to Jakub at the St James branch. On each of our visits he was friendly and knowledgeable. After the options in branch weren't quite right (e.g looking for same watch as they had but with a different colour face) her ordered in watches we had seen online so we could try them in person.

   The customer service was 5*. Eva was very friendly and very attentive to my requests. We were able to find the perfect piece for my wedding anniversary. Drinks and services were offered for a true boutique experience. The store was pure subtle elegance with fine furnishings and a deep, rich carpet. And the jewellery was exquisitely inspired from the shining silver to the gleaming, glittering gold. Definitely highly recommended.

   I was very happy to discover this retailer had in stock the specific watch that my daughter wanted for her birthday. The buying experience was very nice and the shop assistant was friendly and knowledgeable about the watch brand. The pricing was competitive too. I would happily shop there again.
