   Recently collected a Datejust having registered my interest earlier in the year. Valentina was superb from first meeting to collection. I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed - which I have found to not always be the case when Rolex shopping. Overall a great experience and an amazing memory made collecting so close to Christmas. Would highly recommend Laings.

   Dropped into Laings today to register my interest for a JC sea dweller Deepsea… I was greeted by Chris who was extremely knowledgeable and attentive…. I have been looking at this watch for my collection for a number of years! When I asked about availability timescales I was astounded to be told that the timepiece was available for purchase! I promptly done the deal and I could not be happier! Best jewellers I have visited! Thank you Chris, You made the experience of purchasing my first Rolex an absolute pleasure you are a great testament to a truly great jewellers! Looking forward to my next purchase!    Myself and my wife had planned a lovely day in Edinburgh to have lunch and do some site seeing. Whilst we were walking around some of the shops, we noticed Laings and decided to pop in to see what was available, the colleague who greeted us was really helpful and passed us over to Pauline Spence who looked after the range we wanted to explore. Pauline’s knowledge of product was excellent, her professional and pleasant manner really made our decision super easy. We were treated to a lovely glass of champagne whilst Pauline sorted the product we decided to purchase for our daughter. I would highly recommend using Laings for future purchases as the team of colleagues are very attentive and professional, whether your looking at specific products/ranges or want to purchase, they will certainly make you feel welcome and look after you throughout. Thanks again to Pauline for her support throughout our visit.

   A pleasurable buying experience from start to finish. My wife and I visited the shop in Edinburgh to buy jewellery for her birthday. We were greeted by the store manager and made to feel most welcome. While browsing the items on display the staff were also most helpful. We finally sat down with Sales Executive Chris Kirk who walked us through various options and offered sound advice. Chris was a pleasure to deal with, and my wife was absolutely delighted with our purchase of a necklace with matching earrings. I highly recommend this store.

   I have been to Laings Edinburgh few times now, and each time I was well looked after by Antonia. She is very warm, professional, and thoughtful. Probably the best Sales Consultant I have ever met, as she often enthusiastically recommended some beautiful jewellery and elegant watches to me. Thanks to Antonia, I was able to get my dream watch before Christmas! And it was the best gift I could have given to myself. I had brilliant shopping experiences with Antonia and I recommended her to my friends and family. They all said if they ever need anything in the future, will definitely get Antonia to assist them.

   Visited the store unannounced and immediately made to feel welcome by Joe Coppola, Omega Brand Manager. We were actually in browsing for an anniversary ring but the "5 minute visit" easily extended to over an hour as we were drawn by the level of knowledge, honest advice and non-rush service by the team. My partner and I were so impressed by Joe's warmth, impeccable customer service, and attention to detail that we departed with not one but two limited edition timepieces. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

   We have been customers of Laings Edinburgh for a number of years now and the service has always been excellent, so much so that we have recommended them to close friends and family who have also experienced this incredible service for themselves. You will always feel welcomed in Laings and you will never be given the hard sell, only a glass or cup of something delicious and the benefit of the staffs’ expert knowledge and passion for the products they are offering. So if you are looking for a timepiece or a special piece of jewellery in Edinburgh this is the only place to go and we could not recommend them highly enough, they are also dog friendly for any paw parents out there that want to bring their dog along for the experience. We have had incredible service from Mark, Cristina, Joe and Brian to name only a few from an outstanding cohort of staff and look forward to visiting them in store again soon!

   I was immediately greeted upon entering by friendly sales staff who were welcoming a very helpful. There was no hard sell. I was offered tea or coffee and they attended to my sales request in a nice informal but professional manner. The quality of information and guidance was very good. I will happily go to Laings again to make a watch purchase.
