The food was atrocious, for the price I would have expected a lot better. We have also had food poisoning today from dinner last night. We all are different things so not sure what it could have been. We were told ice cream was not available so wonder if the freezers were broken and they were using thawing food

It's ok, it's fine, handy if you don't have a lot of time to find somewhere else to eat if you are staying at the hotel. Food was mediocre, service wasn't great, we had to go find someone to take our order & again to get the bill, it was not busy at the time. Weird combination of young families and loud groups of drunken adults eating around us. Wouldn't choose to eat here again, but it does the job.

Obviously staying at the Premier Inn its connected to, Thyme? waste of my 'thyme', Had to wait an hour for seating, that's fine but after being seated and forgotten about for 15 minutes after ordering drinks wasn't ideal. We scanned the menu, a lot of the items on the menu were out of stock, steak, breads, tomato soup? limited to choice of starters, we chose the calamari. Then for mains Burger, Onion rings, and Mac N Cheese to finish. About 10 mins later our food comes out, only thing is that the mains are slowly making their way to our table to our confusion considering we ordered a starter? Everything was there but the calamari... So we obviously ask and assure they'll find out. I use this time to inhale the rest of my food, All tasted fine! Onion rings were a great portion, burger and chips were good, Mac and Cheese tasted fine but a little pale, no cheese topping? then finally when I finish up my starter arrives, only to find its soggy and mush not like how fried calamari should be. Ended up testing one and left the rest. Overall, it was an alright experience apart from the starter fiasco. Which has obviously tipped the scales a bit.

We've had a nice evening with delicious food and drinks. Nice waiters. Meal was served quickly, very hot and the stakes were perfect medium as ordered. Bright view over the Clyde. Quite place.

We chose the restaurant after a long day out and doesn't want to go out in the city. Certainly we made a great decision. Good selection in the menu, quick order service didn't have to wait long for the food. Service was excellent, friendly staff. Will definitely use the restaurant for dinner if in the area.

Horrible. 35 minute wait for food to arrive. When it did the chips were dry and only just warm. The fish was mostly batter which was very hard on the top and soggy on the bottom. Not the worst I have ever had, but pretty close. Waiter wasn't interested and unhelpful, really poor service alround. Even if it is raining it is worth going anywhere else.

Very pleasant and helpful staff and food was good. More staff would be helpful to speed up service as normally people are watching their time for getting to concert venues, this would probably stop diners being extremely rude to hard working staff who are doing their best during this difficult time, I experienced this happening and was disgusted how staff were reduced to tears
