I rented a Prince Charles formal kilt outfit for a gala onboard the Royal Scotsman train. Working only through email between the US and Scotland, the process was seamless. The sales rep, Fraser, gathered all the information needed and the outfit was on the train when I arrived as promised. The fit was perfect and the quality was impeccable. Thank you!
Absolute quality with a Royal Warrant. You need look no further for gorgeous Scottish tailoring, clothing and accoutrements. Parking on site. Make an appointment if you want bespoke clothing. Really lovely staff await your visit.
Excellent service. Ordered a bespoke kilt and jacket with Connor. Can’t wait to go back for the fittings. The store WOULD benefit from a skylight so that too can really see the true colours of the fabrics without having to go outside, and considering the length and time spent on made to measure, offer customers a coffee or a soft drink? Otherwise, sublime.

Made to measure trousers at £370. I’ve asked for the address of the circus that must have been passing through so I can send them to him! Poor fit. Poor quality. Sent back for alterations but I could have bought better off the peg and told them to donate to the local charity shop as I don’t want them back. Use Mc Calls. Far better in my experience.
I ordered a pair of fishtail back tartan trousers and the velvet trouser jacket, for my wedding. My son also ordered the same trousers separately. The service from Kinloch was fantastic from the start. Any questions or concerns my son and I had were answered and actioned promptly by polite and professional staff. Having recieved the order and worn the items at my wedding, I can only very strongly recommend and thank Kinloch.
Absolutely fantastic service from Jason Landon and staff. We took 2 of my late father in laws kilts to be adjusted for a family wedding. They were cleaned and altered and look fabulous.
