   Probably the best Leisure Center I have been too in Fife. I travel from Rosyth to swim in the pool and use the Health Suite after a hip operation to assist with recovery and it's been the best decision I made in years. Staff are more than helpful and nothing too much trouble.

   I recently joined this leisure center as I was looking to get back into the gym. I went in one day and asked about memberships. The staff member was fantastic and very knowledgeable. She explained the different types of memberships and what discounts are available for people that are full-time students, work for certain companies or are on certain benefits. I was able to set up my membership within 10 minutes and was offered an induction for the following day so a staff member could show me around and explain the different machines in the gym. During my induction I was also offered a personal training plan which is free for members and I think this is fantastic. Inside the leisure center there is also a swimming pool, a training pool with a movable floor, a gym, a health suite, a children's play area for small children and an area upstairs for group fitness classes and children's fitness classes. The leisure center is extremely clean, tidy and appears very well looked after. Every visit so far I have seen management walking around and they always say hi and ask how my day is, which I think is lovely to see them so involved within the day-to-day running of the leisure center and the people that use it. The health suite is like a mini holiday and it's secure which means that not anybody can just walk in. In the health suite there is a sauna and a steam room with a waterfall shower in between them. There is also a water fountain outside the sauna so you can refill your water bottle without having to leave the health suite. The changing rooms for the pool are brilliant. The locker system is operated by a £1 coin or a trolley token. There are vending machines around the leisure center which offer cold drinks and snacks. The drinks vending machine can take cash or card but the snack vending machine only takes cash. Overall, this leisure center is fantastic and the staff are lovely, Very knowledgeable and polite.

   I am new. People dont follow pool ruletka. I cant imagines there is no locker room to Putin your shoes and jacket in the room fine but no pool shoes or baby stroller. The pram and shoes have a specjalnie place int the cloakroom. Otherwise, no hygiene

   Good gym minus the fact that it lacks a few machines and some equipment (boxing bag/pads) also lacks in good parking facilities considering cancelling my membership due to parking. Also lack of cleanliness see pic for blood stained dumbbell stand which sat like this for 2 weeks.
