Went in for lunch while visiting Glasgow. We were amazed at how well and efficiently the staff worked. Whilst very busy, the staff had time to be friendly. Excellent service, excellent shop and great teamwork.
I have no idea why there are so many good reviews for this particular location. In my experience, this location has the most unwelcoming service I've ever received in a Pret. There are a couple of member of staff that have served my friends and I - they don't even look at us, are rude, no pleasantries. It's not comfortable and I now avoid this location because it's just so awkward!
One of the best coffee houses in Glasgow, not just the coffee but the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the place. We are always lucky to be served by a very nice Scottish gentleman, he certainly raise the level high
I come in here every time I’m in Glasgow and the staff are the nicest people on earth. Very quick service and super clean space.
I’ve had a rough night and so I went there early and I got got such a happy boost! The pink/purple hair person server me and they were so nice! :)
I popped in to Pret this morning for my morning coffee, my little girl who is 3 had been sick in the car 5 mins before and I mentioned this to the two ladies working. They went over and above, giving me stuff to wipe my little girl down in the car, along with a bag incase she needed to be sick and even gave me some water for her. Absolutely made my morning! They went above and beyond. Thank you!
Nice coffee, great almond croissants, good environment for relaxing and do small work while having your daily breakfast. Clean facilities. Nothing to complain at all.
