   Every time I’ve been to this branch of boots, the queues, both at the pharmacy and the main counter, are long. I have been in the queue at the main counter and have actually phoned the store to ask if they could send a member of staff open the till and serve the several people waiting (3 staff members were ‘chatting’ beside the make up aisle. Awful store

   Shop has improved immensely. Previously there was always a delay due to long queues and staff were not very helpful. However things have totally changed. The staff at the prescription dispensary are really great. They are always polite and so helpful. Nothing is too much for them even when they are really busy.

   Absolutely shocking a really long queue that moved very slowly. There was only person serving in the entire shop and that was the prescription counter. There was another till with no one serving at it despite the fact there was 2 assistants walking about apparently doing nothing. Had I not been desperately needing pain relief I would have walked out. Totally unacceptable as it’s the only pharmacy in Linlithgow

   Weds 7/12/22 - around 5 o'clock. As usual, a long queue at prescription counter, only two people behind the counter - ridiculous! No one manning the cheque out desk at the front of the store. Knew what I wanted but they didn't have any on the shelf. Like a lot of shoppers in the store at that time, I walked out empty handed. You've been having staffing problems for over two years now. Not acceptable Boots, is it?
