Awful store awful service.. sorry no service they're all standing around on their phones without a single till open and 6 people waiting
This was a store I used all the time, but I think today was the last time. Because they entered the wrong barcode of the products I bought, the door rang and they looked at my bag. This was very humiliating. The staff did not even apologize.
Walked in store to buy products - £12.95, had £50 note but they told me till didn't have notes as they don't keep them???? so I could end up with £35 of pound coins for change!!! Clearly couldn't change out a £20 either unless it was coins. Absolute disgrace
