   Huge praise to Fiona C on Lancome Counter for excellent customer service...knowledge of product & advice...very friendly. Also to Lorraine on checkout... again for customer service & making my day with a simple compliment. So sad so many High Street shops closing in favour of online shopping...we need to support our High Street Shops.

   I just want shout out to the person who assisted me with picking up my prescription. The GP surgery hadn't sent the script over, so she took down my details so I could be texted when it had arrived and was ready for pick up. She even alerted me when it looked like it had been sent to the wrong pharmacy. Thank you so much for going the extra mile. You have no idea how much such a small gesture meant to me.

   No staff on the shop floor, had to ask someone to serve at the perfume counter but it just felt like I had interrupted her while she was doing tickets on a shelf. Store is dark and honestly has the feel of a store that's closing down. It isn't very welcoming, I would prefer to shop in a different Boots store.

   Staff were very friendly when I came in for my Covid test. All my questions were answered and the ambience of the place was great. Not too difficult to locate from the bus station as well. Store was a combination of pharmacy, beauty store, and a supermarket. Health and safety measures strictly adhered to.
