   Pre booked for an airport transfer. Did not show up. Did not pick up phone despite multiple calls. Missed connecting train. Gave up and booked an Uber instead. If Uber hadn’t been available then we would have been in a lot of trouble.

   Never book with this company. I explained to them multiple times I had a lot of baggage and explained how I would need a bigger car. On the phone they said they can do me a car which wasn’t big enough and I had explained multiple times how I am moving for university and reassured me that the car was big enough. The cab driver couldn’t speak proper English and was ignoring everything I said and I couldn’t understand him at all yet I speak very good English. He was very angry and complaining the whole time at me and was speaking gibberish to the point he called someone at the company to talk to me after I had loaded the car and just about managed to fit everything. The woman on the phone was even ruder and explained we can send you a bigger car but you will have to pay more AFTER I had loaded the car, even though I had explained MULTIPLE times I am moving for university and need a big car. She then proceeded to charge me £40 EXTRA ontop of what I had paid already. Unfortunately I had to pay it because I was in a situation where I had to leave then to move. The least the company could’ve done was listen to my concerns and taken it in and not charged me for a mistake they had made. I am very shocked as I am a first time customer and I would never recommend this company. Alam was the drivers name so if you ever book with them make sure he’s not the driver as u won’t be able to understand ANYTHING this man says. We are in England hire people who speak English and can speak to you properly.

   Pre-booked a taxi to pick us up after a festival because we knew it would be really busy. Got to the meeting place early as we were told under no circumstances would they wait if we were late (and consequently missed the end of the festival). Rang them when they were late only to be told a driver wasn’t even en route yet and would be at least half an hour! Person I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude and sarcastic. Will be avoiding from now on.

   Booked 6 seater cab for 5 including a wheelchair user to be taken to and from a 40th party. Both drivers arrived within 5 minutes of expected time and were very patient whilst we loaded. Having been a driver myself this was the service I tried to attain myself. Please pass on my thanks to both drivers. I will certainly be using you again.

   Unreliable…. Booked for taxi to Abbey Wood to go to Heathrow. Booked day in advance…didn’t turn up and when I phoned said further wait of 25 minutes…asked why no notification but wasn’t given reason…try and support local business and they treat u like this….UBER all day long

   My car broke down late last night and I had 3 children - 11, 7 and 5months. My insurance company contacted this company to come collect us and take us home. The person they sent took ages to find us and was very rude to me over the phone. Eventually, he called to say he wasn't coming and had gone back. I then had to contact my insurance company for them to send another taxi.

   Used to use them quite a bit. Most recent experiences have been terrible …driver not even step out to help with my bags, other driver could barely drive, car boot was filled with rubbish, they couldn’t accept card payments but never informed me in advance. Honestly terrible.

   Christmas period, no Ubers would take us. Called up, explained I had a dog and a lot of Christmas stuff to bring back home. No qualms, within 15 minutes picked up. Gent on the phone was polite and quick with sorting. Terrence (our driver) was a top bloke - friendly & chatty (I’m sure he would’ve also been happy to sit in silence, I just hate the quiet, for anyone who isn’t keen to chat). Took me door to door, Sidcup to Surrey Quays at a good price, even with a tip. Definitely would use again.

   Fantastic company. Very reliable and friendly staff. We were dropped to the airport by this company and were asked if we wanted to pre book a cab for the return that the driver would take care of it for us so we did. We were delayed by 3.5hrs and they used a tracking system so they knew what time we landed and a driver would be there. They also kept us updated via text message.

   Absolutely fantastic company! We booked to be collected from Gatwick and Emanuele was fabulous!!!! Kept us in the loop at all times, even whatsapped us so that he knew when we had collected our bags etc! Would 100% use again and highly recommend.
