This place look terrible. Staff are nice and helpful but as soon you enter you feel uncomfortable and you want to get out as quick as possible
The old man security it's been awful made me really uncomfortable he stood literally five steps distance , looking me right in the eyes freaked me out, looked at him said you okay? Didn't sey anything just kept staring at me I've asked one of the staff to get me the manager after she showed up told her what happened she never took me serious very disappointing this is, after 8 months depression trying hard to socialise and build up connections with people after I lost it.

Boots Sauchiehall Street is a good branch. However, they don't have everything, you may need to go to a bigger branch like boots in the buchanan gallery. In general, the staff in this branch are very friendly and kind.
Searching for some one to help finding my items no one cares in this branch and when you ask the pharmacist just a question he respond that I need to wait in the queue. Imagine the optician help one of the customers rather than the sales or the pharmacist. Boots need a new staffs than learn About Customer service .
I'd like to thank Mary, the Clinique beautician for all her help and advice. It was greatly appreciated. Thanks to her I now know the correct colour of foundation to use.

I was served by an amazing lady called Nan - she was excellent and an absolute shining star for Boots! She helped me with the aftershaves and made me feel like the most important person in the room. Whatever you’re paying her - double it!
