   We were so nervous to put our two boys into a cattery for the first time, but Tracey and Gary really helped to put us at ease. Their facility is amazing and in such a beautiful location. Tracey was really helpful in amending our booking dates last minute for us. They updated us during the stay so we knew how our boys were doing, and we didn't hesitate to book them back in for a second stay. We will certainly be booking the boys back into Clyde Valley cat hotel in the future.

   Our cats love being out of doors, so going on holiday is difficult when you know that they have to share rooms and be kept inside. Imagine finding a place where they have a great outdoor gym to play in every day, as well as being so well looked after that they came home much more chilled and relaxed, just like being on holiday! Thank you Tracey, Gary and family; we have booked them in again for 2026! A great place for your kitty's vacation!

   this was the first time my cat had ever stayed at any form of cattery and what an amazing place. Tracey kept me up to date with how Guy was settling in and how he was getting on. Tracey was sending photos and checked in with me regularly to put my mind at ease. The grounds are absolutely stunning and well maintained. Wouldn’t have put Guy with anyone we didn’t completely trust and he returned healthy and happy as ever. He will definitely be back at “Cateagles” as we were calling it. Thanks again guys!! Xx

   The Clyde Valley Cat Hotel is stunning! It is evident that Tracey and Gary love cats and ensure they are treated amazingly well! I was very nervous leaving my Daley for the first time ever but after talking to Tracey I was reassured that he would be absolutely fine and I could tell she was very experienced on the matter! Tracey gave Daley all the time he needed to settle in his new luxurious room and after gaining his trust even managed to get some cuddles! I was kept informed regularly on how he was doing and received lots of photos. I couldn’t be happier with the service received. Truly outstanding! Highly recommended.

   So happy I found this cat hotel, a truly luxurious and spotless facility set in beautiful surroundings. My cats, Mia and Leia, settled in quickly, and the owners were fantastic in sending us regular updates and photos, which was so reassuring when we were so far away. They are true cat lovers and very caring. My cats love to explore and climb, and I know the highlight of their stay was their play sessions in the enclosed outdoor jungle gym. I could tell from the photos and video how much they loved it, and now thinking about building a small one in my own garden too! Everything was straightforward from booking to arranging drop off and collection. Would highly recommend as an excellent holiday destination for your kitties, making your own holiday stress free. Hope to book again soon!

   We boarded our kitten at Clyde Valley for a week over Christmas. The hotel was excellent and even offered a pickup/drop-off service, which was great! We received frequent updates and photos on how our kitten was doing, and he had access to the jungle gym, which he greatly enjoyed! He came back happy as a clam, and took barely any time to re-acclimatise to being home! I would definitely recommend the Clyde Valley Cat Hotel for their excellent care and service, and will definitely be using them in the future!

   As you can see my cat Shuggy is writing this review as he has stayed here on two occasions: I was quickly checked in by the owner's cat Clyde. He was very welcoming and he and his owner showed me to my suite. Everything was beautifully clean and attention to detail, especially for viewing the gardens and also a comfortable bed and furniture. The catering is of a very high standard, so I opted to use the Jungle Gym on a daily basis to keep myself in shape and also enjoy the outdoor experience. I sent updates to my owners via text and apparently my accomodation was better than theirs. It was a shame to have to leave, but I know I will be back soon. Thank you Tracy, Gary and Clyde for my really enjoyable 5 star break. Shuggy.
