Absolute gem of a place. John is such a lovely man we knew Arthur would be well looked after. Happy dog = happy family. Highly recommend.
Cannot speak highly enough about Cosy Glen! I reached out at the end of my tether at short notice and they were able to accommodate my German Shepherd Luna. She's a bit wary of strangers so wasn't sure how she'd be. John put me at ease, and Cosy Glen paid great attention to everything she came with and what her eating routine was, when I came back I could tell my dog had been well looked after. Only advice would be to take your time on the road in, but that's no reflection or fault on the kennels part :-)
Took my cat for a week long stay at the Cozy Glen Cattery and Kennels. It was her first time staying away, John (the owner) was super welcoming, friendly and reassuring. John kindly gave us updates when we were on holiday which eased our anxiety. Would definitely use Cozy Glen again as the experience was good and the price was very reasonable.
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the care and treatment our sweet dog Rosie received whilst away from us for the first time. She is an anxious dog and wasn't eating for the first wee while (she does this even if we are out of the house for a few hours) and John was absolutely fantastic with her. He made a big fuss over her and made sure she was eating which is not always the easiest task. We were anxious leaving her but I have no hesitation of putting her into John's capable care again in the future. We cannot thank him enough for keeping us in the loop whilst we were away too. I recently left my cocker spaniel with Cosy Glen Kennels for 1 month and they were superb! Really good service & my dog was well looked after!
We have been using cozy glen to look after our wee boy many times over the years- we find our wee boy is happy and well looked after. John and team are lovely people and we always feel confident that Winston is looked after. Would highly recommend- 5star plus plus
Popped in unannounced to book our cat in for a holiday in September. Not a problem as owner is so nice. Have used Cosy Glen for years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Our cat is always very well cared for and doesn't want to come home. Highly recommended.
I can't recommend Cosy Glen highly enough. This is the first time I have ever put my dog in kennels so I was, understandably very worried about how she would be. There was absolutely NO need for me to worry, I got a message on her second night there to say she had settled really well, was eating and playing great. This meant I could relax and enjoy my own holiday. When I picked her up today, although she was quite happy to see me, she still wanted to follow Lindsey, so safe to say Miss Rosie had a ball on her holiday and, if they will have her, she will definitely be back at Cosy Glen again. Thank you again for having her. Xx
