Never enough tills open. Regularly at this store at varied times of day& week. Consistent lack of basic stock, frequent gaps in things that are available at other Sainsbury’s stores. It’s a really big store& should be able to handle stock and staffing better. … Back again another very busy Friday night. Controls open despite many people with loaded trolleys. Had to wait multiple times at the self checkout for issues to be resolved. So one large shop taking 20 mins to put through whilst others waiting. Can’t you just put some more staff on the tills please? Not everyone is able to tin a huge shop themselves. Please consider your customers as well as profit especially as prices soar.

Lovely smallish supermarket with friendly staff. Got Argos. Gets busy. Good seasonal range - I got discounted top soil and grass seed to sort out my garden a few weeks back.

Handy location with plenty of parking but far too often I have to go elsewhere to get basic things or they only stock limited sizes. The checkouts can be chaotic. Slightly better now they have the trolley checkouts but still no self scan only checkouts which is annoying.

Excessively long waiting times to be served. Not enough staff operating tills or the self service, sainsburys does not value customers time, despite repeated requests to the manager to put staff on at busy times. Queues of 30 people deep, and still no staff except 2 people manning the entire store. Profits before people. Shame on you sainsburys.

Easy to access store with legs loads of parking and a big selection of products. Nice baked goods and some good offers available. I find their meat great quality.

Definitely my favourite supermarket in Bath. Sad to see the cafe go but still great in every other aspect. The self scanning system is great, and the fresh bread is delicious. Pricing is fair and generally quite cheap. Great range on most products. Amazing shop.

It's as good size supermarket. It is well stocked. Always polite staff. I have most of my orders online delivered here. Easy, free parking with plenty of space. Easy to walk too via the town centre along canal. Open when required.

Had nearly everything I wanted. They always run out of hot cooked chicken early before 530pm which is shame as never get there in time after work. On the plus side lots of the tills were open so didn't have to wait in line very long. Friendly talkative staff always nice to have a smile after a long day.

Been on a Friday evening and Monday afternoon. Very poor level of stock for the store size. Huge areas of empty shelves, low choice and missing many things I have seen in much smaller stores. Could really be improved as there are no major competitors nearby.
