Racial Profiling security guard on duty (01/12/25) and (02/12/25) day shifts. This guy will be following you everywhere as long as you are black. Even if you are buying something in Greggs, he will be behind you. No wonder how many blacks you can cover with that attitude. Even on vegetables section he will after you like you are the only one in the shop. Its make me feel unsafe whether he is onto something with us, I think this needs to be revised if it’s company policy, I have experienced this more than once when this person is on duty.

Really impressed with the customer service from Sakai today. I gave up queueing to cash in my scratch cards as it was so busy and came back after doing my shopping. The scanner on the machine wasn’t working, and normally when this happens I’m told they can’t do anything. However, Sakai said he had seen me queuing earlier and wanted to help, so put them all through manually and we enjoyed a chat whilst waiting. He was really friendly and helpful and deserves a mention- more customer service like this please!

But no one did as Gary was there to help with a smile on his face a real asset to tescos. Please value him as he made our visit a joy. Thank you Gary keep smiling

I visited the café this morning with my daughter to order a coffee for myself and a hot chocolate for her. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The staff looked visibly tired and unwelcoming, which set the tone for the visit. The coffee was poorly presented, and the hot chocolate didn’t taste great at all. To make things worse, my toast was completely forgotten. The overall service was very poor — I only ended up drinking my coffee because I didn’t want to waste the money I spent. Sadly, it’s not a place I’d be keen to return to anytime soon.

Wow a multi billion pound company. 2 weeks ago my and my girlfriend had to stand there and watch as they threw away nearly £1000 in plants. We begged her not to do it. Said there must be another option. Being absolutely avid gardeners we're both horrified. Then this weekend went there again to find the same problem again absolute bone dry plants baking in this heat. This time I spoke to Daniel the manager and expressed our thoughts. I don't know if we got through seems to happen at every single supermarket

Go inside TESCO. Then, go straight ahead to the pharmacy. In there, your start your journey looking each corridor for the REDUCED stuff. That is the only thing your should buy on that store, and depending on your needs as well. Jeopardised prices compared to similar places, prefer ICELAND or LIDL. To any end, go for the REDUCED - yellow sticker, and that is it. Moreover, do not forget your members card, because without it you will pay double price for something that is already expensive.

Went to Tesco in Brislington this morning. Had to wait an age at the tills as very few tills were open leading to very long queues. Expected better service than this considering the size of the store.

Great Store. Has lots of food items, especially an around the world section. Bakery is always full, and there is a deli counter and hot chickens counter. The shelves are always well stocked and the clothing range is brilliant. They have an optician, pharmacy, Photo shop, Tesco mobile shop and plenty of home wares, toys and greeting cards/items. It is an all in one shop and there are lots of good items on sale throughout the year. They have toilets at the front of the store and upstairs in the cafe. Nice wide aisles for buggy/wheelchair accessibility. Excellent parking, always find a space. On site 24 hour petrol station which is great for those early morning or late night refueling.
