   Visited cafe again today ,wanted pot of tea with my breakfast was told only available in take away cup due to no teapots available ,there were only about 11 customers in ,and most were drinking coffee ,I counted 3 teapots that had been left on tables after use ,my point is surely they have more than 3 teapots available, staff were great breakfast was good but as I don't drink coffee and certainly don't want tea in a takeaway wax type cup ,no tea was had

   I was shopping in Tesco on crutches. I couldn't find a particular item. I asked a worker and was told which aisle it was on. The aisle was a distance away so I left my trolley, which had some shopping in it plus my empty backpack, and went to get my item. On my return my trolley was gone. Customer service pointed me to someone who had been handed my bag and said they would put it in lost property. This Tesco worker decided to take my bag instead to their backroom storage area. My bag then disappeared. They have not done anything or even tried to contact me. I am going to write to their CEO about this lack of care for their customers.

   5 Star Customer Service from Jane who was outside sorting out the trolleys, I had just done a shop at Tesco and was waiting for my daughter to come pick me up and was waiting by the trolley bay for some time, there was a road closed nearby so it was causing gridlock on the roads, my daughter was across the way in her car stuck in traffic for around 45 mins, so Jane said put your shopping in a trolley and I will come over with you, to save you having to stand out in the cold for any longer. So thankful to Jane.

   Not the biggest Tesco Extra I have been in, and they didn't stock all the things I normally buy. Cheap fuel, car wash, Timpsons and an upstairs area I didn't visit. Large car park.

   Its too big. I lose the will to live before i can find what I'm looking for. I also hate the club card nonsense. You can only get certain deals if you have a club card on you. I avoided buying so many things I wanted because of it. I'm not going to pay full price when I know club members can get it cheaper. I would rather pay more so long as everyone pays the same.
