   The InPost service provided does not work. Mountains of packages are impossible to go through and staff easy spands 20 min. looking for a package just to say it's not there. Next day you get a message that package was sent back because was not collected. Time wasted and flustration created.

   Absolutely ridiculous. Opening hours 8 till 10, shuts because she can’t put a delivery away. Only one member when they know a delivery is coming. People have stuff to do and time and places to be.

   On behalf of my father in law Jim. I wish to praise the 2 ladies Emma and Lorraine who are the employees in Morrisons daily Hanham for their friendly, helpful and professional manner dealing with their customers. They’re a credit to themselves and your company. I cannot speak highly enough of their excellent behaviour. The incident I witnessed occurred on Saturday morning 20/09/2025 - as a note, I personally do not know these two ladies and had to ask for their names.    Lovely shop for convenience and the staff are always more than happy to help however having to wait in line to purchase something because parcels are being processed is extremely frustrating. I have witnessed customers leaving and shopping elsewhere due to this. The air con has been broken for quite some time to and it's unfair on staff to have to work in those conditions.

   I have been a customer of this Hanham Morrisons Daily for over a year now. The staff here are always very friendly and this is a great example of one the best neighbourhood stores out there. My husband and I feel the staff should be recognised for their really good service. They are always running around with Uber orders, package deliveries but never skip a beat to always give us a friendly greeting and assistance. Keep up the good work!

   This shop does not seem to adhere to there opening and closing times! Today it's not open until 2pm. Not good for elderly people that make there way here for gas, electric top up or for convenience foods, when the are closed.

   Ordered from here for the first time via Uber eats, some items arrived with no shelf date and had reduced stickers on them - not impressed! Supervisors took no ownership and blamed the new boy! The actual manager gave me a refund and compensated me for their error even though I had to drive out of my way to get it which defeated the fact of ordering online in the first place! Staff seem confused on each other’s role as the supervisors I spoke to all think they’re colleagues are managers! Upon going in-store to get my refund it doesn’t feel welcoming or friendly, I won’t be ordering online from Morrisons Daily again!

   Disappointing, for a Morrisons local it's pretty stark not warm nor welcoming and a severe lack of choice. I will say I kind of expected some kind of hot tray here but sadly no, sandwiches are nice but a warm option nicer. The LavAzza coffee here sucks! No other way to describe the cup of warm mud you get!, I opted for a flat white well flat were my expectations, more coffee than milk, and my colleague opted for a latte which was exactly the same a flat tasting coffee barely drinkable with a harsh flavour. The young chap that was serving was polite and friendly.
