Over the last few years I have had several pieces of jewellery repaired or re-modelled. Father and son always do a fantastic job, very reasonably priced. Recently I had the 3 wee diamonds from my Mum's engagement ring reset into 3 charms for myself, my sister and my daughter. Thanks to all the team.
Very professional jewelers went twice to get batteries replaced and links removed from bracelet could not believe how cheap it was. Got batteries replaced a few years ago at another jewelers and the cost was 3 times what I paid at Grays.
Brilliant to get a new battery for your watch, took my wife's watch in & only £6....wow, that was only a third of the price compared to other businesses in the same area. This is the place to go to get your watch back up & running.
Highly recommend this jewellers. Small family run business and the staff are lovely. Prices are really reasonable. Never pushed into buying a piece of jeweller but advised and guided to what suits that person best even if that means it's a cheaper price. Absolutely love being a customer here
