   Appaling,kept waiting 20 minutes to be served,looking to exchange a duplicate christmas gift which couldn't be done sooner due to covid only to be told can't exchange earingsnever even been out the box let alone used.I personally was not happy buying from here in the first place as they basically sell cheap rubbish, but none the less i wouldn't recommend any one to buy from here unless you want ripped off.

   I recently bought jewellery from the Stirling branch...who were helpful but realised when I got home wanted a different chain. I visited the Falkirk store and was served by Carys, who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and explained that I could swap the chain and pay the difference on a new one! When I returned to change it I met the manager and another member of staff, again very polite, welcoming and friendly! I'd highly recommend paying the ladies a visit as I left feeling very happy knowing that I had saved a few pounds that I wouldn't have had I went elsewhere!! Thanks you ladies, a credit to your company!
