   So awful, very dirty and messy shop, the chairs u have to sit on are half broken gamer chairs!? the owner is SO rude!!! (She is the older lady and also the one that did my nails) I asked for short and oval nails with a nude colour painted on top and french tip along with a pedicure, the tips are very visibly wonky and the nails are different shapes and lengths and i didnt get ANY nude colour i asked for lol they're see through! And she completely forgot about my cuticals too i guess...... Horrible service too, my nails were fully dry and i got shouted at to not touch it... I didnt get what i paid for at all :/

   Very hostile - they made me feel like I was a problem for being there. Nothing relaxing or enjoyable and I wish I didn't give them my money. Will never ever go back.

   WORST NAIL SHOP IVE EVER BEEN TO! Had to go to this nail shops because my usual was fully booked and its safe to say i will NEVER be going back. The shop is unhygenic. There was leftover nail dust all over the table and the nail dryers has strange stains all over them. As for the nails itself, they were the worst acrylics i have ever gotten. The acrylic was applied in a rush and was uneven and lumpy. It didnt go all the way to the edge of my nails either. She filed my nails wonky and when it came to painting my nails she only was painting patches of my nail. The polish was streaky and the french tips were patchy and wonky. When i pointed out the tips were wonky she stared at me blankly then still did my nails wonky. No cutical oil or anything applied. my nail beds look like theyre growing over the acrylic. I can still see bits of my nails on the sides of the acrylic and the acrylic is see through. £1 stick on nails are better than this!. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

   Absolutely awful! Don’t get your nails done here! I went and had a manicure, an older lady in her 50/60s did my manicure. 1. She was so rough. She didn’t clean my cuticles or trim them up. 2. I originally asked for an almond shape, and then when I asked the lady can I have a look at it, I changed my mind and asked for a stiletto, she grabbed my hand so aggressively and said you asked for a almond, in which I responded back and said I changed my mind. She huffed and puffed and spoke in her own language to herself, which I FOUND EXTREMELY RUDE! I paid for a service which I expected to get good service. Instead I got the worst manicure and awful customer service. My nails were so soo uneven and didn’t even look like stiletto nails, the acrylic was sinking around my nails and cuticle. When I said to the lady who was doing my nails it’s uneven, can you fix it, she got so angry and proceeded to grab my hand with force and “filed it down” even then it wasn’t even. I was so angry and uncomfortable I didn’t want tell her to fix my nails again, as she kept huffing and puffing. 3. The acrylic was so far away from my actual cuticle, it looked like my manicure was grown out, the edges were so untidy, bumpy, rough and there was acrylic all over my fingers. I didn’t appreciate how this nail technician was huffing, puffing, being so aggressive and talking about me in her language, which is very rude and offensive. I will never be coming there again and will highly encourage others not to get their nail services done here. If you zoom into the picture you can see the issues, the right hand is worse! With the nails so uneven and off.

   The older guy did my nails he was so professional and gentle I beer had my nails done like this anywhere accept Harvey Nichols ..which I use to go regularly when living in London ..I highly recommend him he has worked there for years .. I forgot his name but thank you

   OMG this place is filthy has has no sense of hygiene. They use the same cotton to remove your soak off gel, they do not have their instruments disinfected in alcohol ( barbers site) even more prone to infection and spread of germs. Rude Boss and the place stank.

   got french tips done, however the way the guy did it was very abnormal. instead of using a fine line brush to create the shape, he just painted half my nail in the colour and shaped it by using a thick short brush dipped in acetone. it ended up leaving my nails with colour streaks, the line was jagged and polish mixed with acetone in the cuticles (which weren’t even pushed back). also my nails have bubbles in them, something i have never seen or had before and they’re quite noticeable. there’s no standard of cleanliness and a lot of the polish on the displays have separated. i only went here because my usual place was over booked but i wouldn’t go again.

   This place is amazing!!! The staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to accommodate your needs! I went to get acrylics done for my birthday, the woman there was super helpful and helped picked the colours down to the T! The nail technician is like no other, he knows what suits your nails and makes it look amazing!! I asked for swirly nails and he did it perfectly. The place is extremely clean, I can see why they're called 5 star nails!
