   They have some nice furniture at not too bad prices. The problem is the poor service. Yes, you can buy but they don't deliver, they expect you to hire a man and a van. Also, we were told we could pay now but not collect for 6 weeks as they needed to replace the sold furniture first so that there weren't any spaces on the shop floor. I'm surprised they are still in business.

   Two double wardrobes, a king size bed and two bedside tables ordered and paid for Sept 7th 2021. Delivery to the bedroom paid for and order promised December 1st. Not delivered. Promised March 15th 2022! Earliest possible date. Not delivered. Promised April 1st. Delivery company claims that furniture cannot be lifted due to "health and safety". It is bedroom furniture! I don't live in a bungalow. Driver left without unloading. Still we wait after 7 months. Do not use this company and certainly do not pay for delivery to your room of choice. This company wants your money and does not take care of its customers.

   It certainly is a very nice store to browse around, while my friend went to look for a small dinning table & chairs. The quality of the items on sale, seem extremely strong & sturdy. My only thing I didn't like, was being pounced on by a member of staff, as soon as we walked in. For a Saturday, it was quiet.

   Good service. A nicely set up showroom but when you order& pay for your goods the service is poor. I paid for an allotted date& time but my goods didn't show up on the day. No apology or phonecall. Still waiting for my money back for an allotted time slot.

   Staff are knowledgeable, I felt at first that they weren't that interested, but after a little while they were really helpful. Store is big and laid out according to each range, so rather than looking at, say, all the TV cabinets, you would have to see each one around the store with its range. Prices are good as are the discounts.
