   Thoroughly enjoyable experience here. An incredible shop with lovely staff. They don’t pester you or hover over you. Just give a very warm and heartfelt welcome and leave you to browse. We also ate at the cafe on site which was delicious. Really good food and again - lovely staff. Thank you.

   Terrible customer service. From the design stage right through the whole project and now after sales service have all been really disappointing. From the beginning the have really not made me feel valued as their customer and felt that the staff were extremely cold and snobbish. The kitchen itself is lovely, although not perfect which I would expect it to be given the price tag (some cupboard doors don’t close properly). I’ve had issues at every stage and instead of dealing with them respectfully, they take forever to respond and deal with the issues, trying to place blame on others. I have lots of other projects in the pipeline and will not be using Neptune again.

   We’ve bought quite a bit from here over the last couple of years. There’s no questioning the product quality or service which is always excellent. The store layout is fantastic too. One point deducted after today’s visit (2nd August 10am) where we were made to feel as welcome as a fart in a lift. And we were the only ones in the shop!

   I love this shop . They way they have the room sets can give you great ideas for your own home. The staff are very friendly. They are also a dog friendly shop with water by the door for your four legged friends .They have a great cafe there too.

   Its a wonderful space, the showroom is well laid out and well lit and a displays contemporary selection of furniture, laid out as a series of rooms one leading on to the other. Unfortunately to my practical sense, most of which seems to be pale or white in colour not the best for families with children or dogs...It is a great use for what was once Baths tram shed...
