Defo its easy to be found and its even faster to check in. Lady on reception was very polite and helpfull. Rooms need some refresh, but they are clean and tudy. Price per nigth for four of us absolute burgain so I will take it. Defo recomend it for night or two.

Stay was good. Room was clean. I was asked to verify a bank card at the hotel for £0.01. unsual, but no issues. Checked out, again no issues. Then in the evening I get 6 charges totaling near £250, from the card I used at the hotel and not the original that booking was made from. Tried to contact property, no answer. The customer service hasn't got a clue...

I work up-to 10 months a year in the Bristol area which involves me working 13-15 hour night shifts and starting work around 1600 each day. I've stayed in a variety of hotels between Weston and Gloucester (some costing four times the price) and I've been astonished at how many problems I've had because of my irregular working hours plus total lack of understanding of my situation by the staff, including being woken up during the day and being asked to leave at regular check-out times despite me paying for an extra night on the start of my booking and explaining verbally and in e-mails the situation, plus no response to booking requests etc. "Computer says no" type situations! Days Inn Magor is my first choice and is the hotel that I've stayed at the most. Without exception every member of staff has been super helpful and understanding. I send a message via Booking with my requirements and it's replied to in under and hour -without fail and confirmed they understand my circumstances. Not the fanciest place (however the price reflects this) but clean, comfortable and the staff are the best you could hope for; attentive, coherent and understand not everybody is a regular 9-5 worker, travelling salesperson or a family just needing a short overnight stay. I'd pick this place every time but sadly it's not always available for the week so I have to suffer elsewhere.

Just off the M4 30 minutes to Cardiff city centre. Basic budget rooms, spacious, clean & comfortable. Great value for money. Reception staff were friendly, helpful & welcoming with the exception of one night staff member.

Great handy location. Lovely large, clean rooms. The staff are a pleasure and it's been a pleasure to stay mid journey. Thankyou x

Room was clean and tidy but faulted parts on radiator which is unsafe and mould around taps. Would not use again.

Pleasantly surprised! When I booked a cheap night stay over I wasn’t expecting the clean room, very spacious and friendly staff. Very happy.
