   Abrupt women with grey hair, no customer service skills at all, funny because most Scot mids are the same, need to brush up on their customer service. And always waiting ages to get served, always only come here as a last resort

   I went in that store after a hard day and was hungry , stood at the food counter for ten minutes whilst the woman with short grey hair and glasses just ignored me , when she finally acknowledged me I asked for a cheeseburger but told abruptly there was none , I asked what was in the packs and again with a terrible tone , hotdogs!!!! That was only word spoken , not sure if customer service is important in this shop but if it is you wouldn’t think it , I just walked out of store still hungry but disgusted with staff attitude !!!

   I use this shop almost daily, unfortunately the lack of staff at tills and the poor quality of customer focus is an issue; waiting to be served and hearing staff bickering and chatting is frustrating to say the least.

   Staff are friendly and its convenient. However the quality of their veg has gone downhill. Broccoli starts going yellow after a day and the strawberries start to rot quickly too. They are also out of stock for various item on a regular basis.
