i think they open and close whenever they feel like it which is really inconvenient if you need to pick up a parcel! went before 5 yesterday and they were shut, wont be sending any parcels there again.
Visited this store this morning as I’ve done a number of times. However, this morning I was met with a very rude and the most unhelpful shop assistant I’ve ever encountered. I was sending back a Hermes parcel and instead of it being scanned by the assistant it is now self service. After asking for assistance twice as I’ve never used this scanner before I was made to feel like an idiot as he was the most condescending person. He didn’t even have any other customers requiring his attention. I would not recommend to anyone to use this store for Hermes or any other purchases.
Doesn't scan items, makes up price of items at till. An absolute con man! Stay away! If you must use this con shop ask him to scan your items for real price.

Never too busy usually just buy essentials which they always have plenty of and kids magazines only place that has a good stock of them
