Absolutely appalling service, ordered an Xbox one S and it came damaged and will not load games, when I phoned the store directly the woman on the phone was rude and hurrying me off the phone so I wasn’t willing to send back to that store! Traded it in at CEX for a decent amount of money and brought one from CEX!! DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!
So, I was happy to take a hit for this consumer experiment. I took an item in knowing the exact value of it through having it assessed by various sources. The staff looked up the price online at some other retail company, I asked to see the computer screen and they wouldn't let me, unknown to them I saw the company onscreen, who I knew didn't sell the item, they offered me a ridiculous low price which I accepted. I arrived home and proceeded to check the company they said sold the item just in case they had updated their stock, they hadn't. I would warn people who have vulnerable members of their families who want to use shops like this to try and persuade them not to and help them out if possible, these types of companies don't care and will take advantage, by lying if need be. I will update when my item is priced by them to see what type of mark-up they have. As an aside, the staff really do need some customer service training as their attitude is among the worst I have ever experienced, oh and some training on the use of a vacuum cleaner and some cleaning products would be helpful, the place is seedy and dirty.
Some of the stuff is pretty overpriced and the music is way too loud but it's one of the only places that sells older games for dirt cheap. For whatever reason boxed ds games are £1 each but cartridge only ds games are £4 each which is a bit strange. Pretty decent shop overall, needs some bleach for the carpets though
Woman with black hair and tattoos all over has an absolutely horrible attitude, said the console would not turn on and the start up screen didn’t work, when it definitely does. Saw other reviews say the exact same. Would not recommend!
Presume it's the manager the young woman with long dark hair? Her attitude stinks to high heaven! I've never heard someone be so argumentative and rude to customers. All I did was ask a question. There's a wee lovely blonde woman, young but knows all about her customer service I would say- she always says hello and asks if you need assistance. The dark haired one shouts at you across the shop for daring to ask a question! I know who I'd have as manager! Cash generator do you know this is how your company is being presented to the public or don't you care either? The nice blonde woman should be training all your other staff!
Avoid, missing parts and damaged item received, initial email they responded, after that they never, not to be trusted, buy elsewhere

(NOT ACCOMMODATING)For a start it's difficult to get into they've got double doors but only ever have one opened and the other locked, access in the store isn't much better not to mention, again point of view FAR TO LOUD like a disco not so git for those with hidden mental disabilities. And when bringing this to the staffs attention they DON'T care in one ear and out the other cos it never changes
Terrible experience My wife bought an s8 Samsung galaxy phone and was sold as new £150. She needed a reliable phone to go away for a few days to keep in contact The phone when charged at night ran out by morning, when bought the girl said 14 days returning policy. 8 days later she took it back when she came home from her break and was offered a credit note or nothing. She didn't need anything else but a reliable phone. The girl then said she could have £70 or nothing. I emailed the company headquarters and they said that online purchases are 14 days and inshore 7. My wife wasn't told this , so £80 out of pocket. Would not recommend anyone using this store. WHAT A SCAM. BE SURE AND ASK EXACTLY HOW THEY OPERATE OR YOU TO WILL BE RIPPED OF. STILL NO REPLY FROM MY EMAILS
Selling products without other items as part of the main products is chambels and they operate on a 7day return policy sucks as you can check if products are not fit for use or sale should be able to get a full refund back under glide lines of consumer act here in Scotland. There stores policys need rewriting as I don't understand why they take your money but not give it back after 7days if item don't work correctly. Boycott the full company and stop using there services as there complete joke.
