   Nicole at the Mac booth was an absolute star! I have never gotten this good of a shade match before. It is evident that she truly loves what she does. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and upliftingly warm the entire time. Honestly one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a while - highly recommend seeing her!

   The store is well stocked. However dont expect any help from the beauty girls they are only passing their time. No one helps and when they do it's with a grudge. Come to work and stand around and get paid for turning up lmao seems to be the new normal. If you want good beauty advice go H Beauty in Silverburn or Boots Silverburn they are more professional there.

   Absolutely amazing service in here. The store itself is well stocked and well maintained. I came here looking for foundation as a beginner seeing as I have never wore makeup before. A lady named Karen ironically was so lovely and patient with me as she helped me with a shade match. Really really happy with the service she gave me seeing as I wasn’t really sure with what it was that I was wanting. Definitely recommend coming here. So pleasant.

   This is a wonderful boots store in city centre. Lots of medicine and baby staff. Also , the electrical devices you need in addition to body care section. You would love to have your perfume and for your partner. All these and even more in only one place. Boots St. Enoch Glasgow city centre.

   Disappointed as once again this store did not have the basic products I wished to purchase. Was looking for Botanics cleanser and toner. When there seemed to be none I looked to Boots own value range. Again unable to purchase both products. The cotton wool I wished to buy was on "3 for 2". They only had 2 packs.
