   Very unpleasant experience. Usually such a nice shop. Shame you have such rude staff. Staff are discourteous to all customers. In particular l, your staff at the tills are absolute delights, rays of sunshine. Dampers the mood. Your staff on the shop floor are also very ill mannered. If you ask a question to them, you will either get ignored or they will roll their eyes at you. Worst customer service I have ever recieved. I will never visit this shop again.

   The worst Superdrug I have ever been in. One person on a till, no queue system in place whatsoever. Very rude members of staff who seemed more interested in talking to security at the door. I certainly won’t be back and would advise anyone to avoid this store like the plague. Absolute shambles

   Feedback on Poor Customer Service Experience at Superdrug Perfume Counter Buchanan shop Dear Superdrug Customer Service, I am writing to share my disappointment with the service I received at your store yesterday 30/10/2025 while enquiring about the perfume Poême. Initially, a male staff member at the perfume counter informed me that the perfume was not available. After I walked around the store searching, a female colleague then found the perfume on the shelf. Out of excitement, I reached toward the item as she was holding it, but she responded in an unnecessarily rude manner, telling me to keep off and instantly pulled the rope that was initial not closed to state where customer have limit to and stating the price (£125) in a very abrupt tone . It was horrible and very embarassing situation. Her attitude throughout the interaction was unprofessional and discourteous i wondered if she had a problem with me as i dont even know her. As a paying customer, I found her behaviour disrespectful and completely out of line with the level of service I would expect from Superdrug. I hope this matter can be addressed to ensure that future customers are treated with more courtesy and respect.

   There was a very kind person I think her name was Lucy and while I was in a rush she was kind and attentive with helping me find the perfect lip combo not giving surface level advice and actually enjoying the conversation. She was really sweet and honestly would come back again! Keep up the good work!

   Great quality products, good range of products also, great environment within the store, easily accessible, unfortunately some staff were unfriendly, and aggravated customers minding their own business. Example, I have autism and was sensory seeking/ stimming which is uncontrollable and was asked in a negative manner if I was “alright” making me feel really self conscious and anxious

   Not the cheapest shop around if you are looking for health, medicines, toiletries, cosmetics and beauty why not pop into savers, b & m or home bargains you always find the brands cheaper there maybe they should stop comparing there prices to boots and think more about the customers
