   Had the best experience I've ever had while getting my industrial pierced back in July, Lola made the whole experience really calm and calmed any nerves i had before my appointment. My piercing is healing beautifully with the high grade of jewelery that was used, I will definitely be returning in the new year for my next piercing. I can't praise the lola and the staff enough for the highest standard of treatment I received during and after my piercing

   I had the absolute best experience w forest a few months ago. I came in to get 2 lower lip piercings, unfortunately one didn't sit quite right and after a few days of allowing the swelling to go down, I still had a bit of an issue. I emailed Lola and received the most considerate, professional reply. She was SO informative; explaining the reason why the issue occured, offered me some options moving forward and what she can do to help sort it. I came in a week later and she re-pierced my lip, free of charge. I just felt so heard, seen and valued as a customer. I don't think I'll forget my experience as it was such a pleasant one. Thanks Lola, my piercings are absolutely beautiful.

   Would recommend to anyone! Went in today for a nostril piercing, first time I’d ever been pierced so I was super nervous but from the minute I walked in I was greeted with friendly faces and put right at ease. Jordan was very informative and explained the different options with jewellery. Gave me a clear breakdown of what the process is and what to do regarding aftercare etc. everything felt very chilled and non judgmental. I was pierced by Kat who was an absolutely wonderful human being, made me feel really comfortable and talked me through everything she was doing. Super good job on the piercing, no fuss, was done before I knew it. Looks amazing and I am super happy with it. Couldn’t have imagined a better place to get pierced especially for the first time.

   I had such a great experience at their new studio on Douglas St! I've been a customer since their Cambridge St days, and the warm, welcoming vibe is still just as lovely—if not better. Jordan helped me with my jewellery purchase and was incredibly kind and patient, giving me perfect recommendations. I'm so happy with what I picked up today! Lola was amazing too—she helped insert the jewellery with so much care and explained everything clearly. She even helped me figure out why my 3-year-old septum piercing had recently become irritated. Super helpful, professional, and genuinely lovely people.

   After having 2 horrendously failed nipple piercings by other studios I went to Lola to have it done a 3rd time and the difference in quality between a cheap piercing and a high end piercing definitely shows here! The studio itself is a lovely and welcoming environment, lots of privacy and no crowded waiting rooms. Lola was super professional and took the time to make sure the piercing site was suitable and talked me through the process, for such a nippy piercing I was very comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I'll definitely be coming back for more work in the future!

   I have been to Forest Piercing twice now, once for a septum piercing and the other for jewellery purchase and fitting and each time both Lola and Jordan have been welcoming and helpful. The studio is lovely and has a very clean and calming atmosphere to it. Lola was very informative in explaining to me about the septum piercing and what jewellery would suit me best. They ensured to explain the healing process and what can have affects on the piercing and were very good at good at going through the process step by step. Although the piercing process was quick there never felt like there was any rush and care was taken into each step. They are very good at making what can sometimes be a nerve wracking process much more comfortable. Jordan helped me to choose new jewellery and was helpful in showing what jewellery would suit my existing piercings and was able to answer any questions i had about certain pieces of jewellery. They have an amazing range of good quality pieces, it’s almost too difficult to choose as they are all so beautiful! Lola and Jordan really take care and put effort into their work and it pays off, the best piercing experience I have ever had. Excited to go back for my next piercing!!

   I had my nose pierced by Lola, I was nervous as my septum is slightly deviated but she took so much time and care to ensure I had the best outcome possible. The piercing looks super balanced and I’m so happy. Loads of jewellery options, and lots of care taken to explain the healing process, she was walked through everything she was doing as I was being pierced, and the piercing itself was pretty tolerable for something I was dreading a bit, which is a big testament to her skill:) would recommend to anyone, especially if you want a chill n stress free experience!
