   Had a PCNL here on the 24th July 2023. It was performed by Mr Joe Philip. He saw me an hour before the operation and he could tell that I was emotional (hate operations as a whole). He made me feel at ease, he explained the procedure. I spent 8 days here (was told it was 3 days, but was unwell after the operation). The staff here are absolutely brilliant at their work, they are simply the best (Sorry Tina Turner). Roma is an star, she made me comfortable after the operation. She even went out of her way to visit me in Ward 7B (another ward whose staff were absolutely fantastic. Will definitely visit you guys later in the year. NHS rocks!!
