    I ordered a Tuna Panini and a bottled cider, it took over half an hour to get my bottled cider then another 30 minutes to get my Tuna Panini which was minuscule. Any less tuna in the panini there would be none.

    Good things: the food was tasty, we had the veggie breakfast and normal full English Bad things: - food portion size was so small - Our food took 45 mins to arrive and when we asked why it was delayed (others who seated after us got their food before us) the assistant manager pointed to the tables saying it’s busy and maybe they ordered via the QR code before us. He then later came back (probably realising what a bad response that was) and offered us a free drink or dessert - the milkshakes are terrible, warm milk and watery- it’s not a typical thick milkshake made with ice cream

    Usually love the lounge and go to their chain across the country, particularly weymouth. Ordered tea with soy milk, the soy milk pot had dried old milk all over it and was uncleaned. We got that changed, They forgot to give us our other drink for 30 minutes which was sparking water. Food arrived, paid extra for sweet potato fries… you can see the portion… the buttermilk fried chicken was a greasy, sad state. Asked for Mayo, got given and empty bottle. Really sad state. Expected much better as previous lounge experiences are great… watford was extremely disappointing and dirty.

    New cafe / restaurant on Watford high street and possibly one of my new favourites… they have a massive vegan menu and the food and service was incredible. The decor was also lovely so a 10/10 overall.
