   Worst experience of my life. I went there depressed and ended up near suicidal. Dr White wrote a letter to my GP that it has been admitted IN WRITING contained many “inaccuracies” and over three months later the letter has still not been removed (as promised), no correction issued (as promised) and I have still not received an apology. These were not minor inaccuracies. They were demonstrably untrue and damaging to the character of someone who will shortly have to apply to extend his Leave to Remain. This information was, moreover, shared with an external agency without grounds and shared, not only without my consent, but despite my having expressly refused consent. Avoid this woman AT ALL COSTS. Update: On account of Dr White writing to Bristol City Council without my consent to tell them I was giving some support to someone receiving PIP -- which is not illegal and he was actually about to start paying me back -- he has had his PIP suspended without warning whilst it is reviewed. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I have now spent nearly 7 months trying to rectify this matter through all the proper channels and time after time I am stonewalled. Also to be avoided, Dr Dan Hodgson and the support worker Daniel King. Especially Daniel King because he comes across as sincere and caring, but - trust me - it's just a facade!

   In a crisis and twice awkward difficult call handlers. Two of whom hung up. When people are desperate they don't help. No reflection on the local crisis teams but but this needs drastic help. Failure

   I called the Clevedon branch of the Care Home Liaison team for a number for the South Glos team, she couldn't find anything on the google search! I'm talking to her, she's irate & says yes I'm looking for it! She gives me the Gloucester number, I said it's not the right area & she said I can't find anything else. Really. I said ok thanks & she put the phone down, without saying anything. Rude! How ridiculous that staff are googling numbers for their organisation & they can't even direct you to the right area. Apparently, no internal directory & clearly little knowledge. Unbelievable! And on the website under the Care Home Liaison service page there are different area phone numbers. I tried to call 3 of them from my phone by clicking the link but the numbers don't work as too many digits come up, so had to figure it out, then got through to Clevedon. What a shambles!

   In September 2023 I have reported a health and safety issue to the main office in Bath. I have sent emails regarding that for two different email addresses and one text message to a work phone. So, they noticed and they were aware of it. Since last September these people did nothing regarding health and safety issue. They do not care the staff or the patient health at all. Oh, no they did something. they started to lie and tell fake informations to my previous agencies. Because the AWP uneducated staff think the best way to cover their zero quality work and lawless behaviour is to start to spread lies.

2. INCONVENIENT TRUTH ★☆☆☆☆

   My father Dr Galizia was recommended to Dr Christopher Wall for a mental health assessment back in 2021 following many years of irrational behaviour and terrorist activity. After viewing evidence of the harm done by my dad's terrorism, Dr Wall declined to assess my dad Dr Galizia, then disappeared, allowing 100's more innocent victims to be seriously injured/driven to a premature death. THIS IS MEDICAL INCOMPETENCE AT ITS VERY WORST.

   Really effective care with super kind and knowledgeable staff. Facilities could do with an upgrade but the colourful artwork by patients is mesmerising. Quite a few buses stop nearby and there is parking I believe. 40mins walk from bath city centre.

   Disgusting service, poor management, rude staff. Receptionist rude and unable to answer simple questions and when getting an answer wrong and being questioned hangs up the phone up. Disgraceful trust that In my eyes should have funding taken.

   An incredible team who supported me through my darkest moments. Always on the end of the phone or happy to meet up ( pre covid) Through the support of fantastic psychiatrists and the caring, empathetic team members, I felt in complete control of my care and my concerns were listened to. I will miss the team but I'll never forget the journey I went on with them. Continue to do the brilliant work you do! Sincere thanks
