I moved to this surgery a couple of years ago and it is the best decision I made. So attentive and responsive and their new and improved online system is to be commended. It is very clear they have a framework/ triage system that is designed with the patient at the heart of it. The doctors, nurses and professional services staff are just great and I get a sense that their satisfaction is derived from properly resolving a matter with a clear pathway even if it may take a little while to get there. In all my years since childhood, this is the best care I have ever received for my very complex health issues.

I can’t speak highly enough of both the Fireclay practices, I’m fortunate enough to not have had to use them too frequently but when I have I’ve found the doctors very thorough and the admin staff efficient and friendly. I’ve worked out of many GP practices in my career and Fireclay really are outstanding.

Not had too much of a problem getting an appointment, considering pressures on NHS services currently. Seen Dr Torrance twice, once face to face and an emergency telephone appointment. He's an absolute credit to the surgery. Friendly, knowledgable and listens. Simon G

They don’t even deserve a star the management there have no compassion at all. De-activated me as a patient without notice following move of adress no courtesy to tell me that as a patient on repeat medication i dropped my px and nobody called to tell me i was no longer their patient. Was left with no medication for a week and got poorly. This is what we call negligence I am yet to contact PALS. I ended up getting my px sorted via 111. As a person who is in health care myself i think you need to be better than this its out of order. I am so fuming by you putting my health at risk and yes you will always have a way to answer but the truth is i know it was wrongfully handled. Could it be fact that I am out of catchment area why was i not informed that we are not able to process your px than not doing anything at all. I kept going to the pharmacy to check until they advised me to go back to the practice to ask. Unbelievable.

Excellent efficient process receiving my flu vaccination on a Saturday morning at St George’s surgery. I would like to say that having already had a Covid-19 vaccination l booked appointment for just the flu jab. I then received a text confirmation for a Covid-19 jab. Thinking it was a mistake, l cancelled and made another appointment for just the flu jab and again received text message informing me appointment was for a Covid-19 jab.

The whole experience was well organised. However, I would say that the reading material provided, I wasn't given enough time to digest it all. It would have been much better if the items were returned just prior to administering the vaccination providing more time to read. Regards

Brilliantly organised from the minute I stepped foot into the surgery, it was like a well oiled machine. There was a constant movement of people there having their jabs, in and out in a few minutes. Staff were really friendly and helpful too. Great job
