I go to this restaurant as often as I can because the food is incredible. The Lamb is so well seasoned and the starters were great as well. The staff are extremely friendly and kind. Everyone we’ve met has always been so sweet and bubbly! Looking forward to seeing them all again soon and a nice Lamb Shish! Thank you all!!

One of my favourites in Waltham Abbey and have been here many times. Yet I was served gone-off sauce and rice and when trying to get a refund for it, I was refused. They refused to acknowledge it was rotten (smelt and tasted awful) instead trying to show me the kitchen fridge and telling us pick and eat the food that (‘should’) be fine. The staff tried to lie by saying they can’t issue a refund because the manager isn’t here, yet issued one after 10 minutes of arguing. Not only that, the staff gave my refund in 5 pence coins, which is very petty. They told us “Don’t come back again.”. Had they been understanding we would’ve come back again as we really enjoyed the food before, but the customer service was beyond shocking. What a shame, maybe training staff to handle complaints will improve it in the future.

Great food loads of breads and a lovely salad with some dips and that's before you've even ordered! The food is excellent and the staff are very attentive and welcoming and really good value... Definitely will be back for more
Good......but....!!!! Nice food and service really great. Went for dinner for a friend's birthday....the staff kindly bought out a sticky toffee pudding with candles, which was a great touch....however then put a charge on the bill for an additional £10 for this. Also wanted a bottle of rose, white zindandel, not on the menu, the waiter went to the co-op to buy some, which was a £5 bottle, but charged £25 for....Very cheeky. Nice gestures....however, the pudding wasn't requested and the wine, well just a totally ridiculous Gp Mark up, will probably not visit again after this 3 stars could have been 5....come on people, it's a local restaurant in Waltham Abbey...don't rip people off
This was my first visit to this establishment for many years, as my partner specifically mentioned she wanted some Turkish food for a change. We called in on a wet Saturday afternoon and the place was mainly empty. We were attended to quickly and our drinks arrived equally speedily. We placed our order and had a longer than expected wait for our food but when it arrived, it was hot and plentiful. Fortunately, we were not in a hurry so the time we waited for our meals to reach us was not a major issue but might well have irritated others, especially as it was not busy.
