This is a working farm, but the welcome is warm and rooms comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. A real homely feel.

A quaint Farm House B&B in a lovely village with very welcoming hosts Julian & Katherine. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast. Some good local walks, a pub 2 minutes walk away. A small park about 5-10 minutes for children. Would stay here again for sure. (Walkable to the Wedding venue if rooms are full)

Well appointed B&B with spacious rooms in a tranquil location. The host and hostess were positively charming. Walking distance to a great pub and under 30 minutes to Bath. Definitely try the free range eggs!

We were met with a very kind and friendly family running the B&B, the entrance via car was a little bit confusing but we got there without problems. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfy beds. We stayed at summer time and the night sky was filled with stars. The breakfast is filling with choices of Full English to bread, and hot drinks. We stayed for a few nights and it was an awesome stay for our holiday.

Amazingly clean place. Nice cat friends and lovely keepers of the inn. Would definitely recommend. Were quick to find us accommodation even when we didn’t have a reservation.

A wonderful stay - couldn't fault anything. My room was definitely designed by a woman ! Mirrors and plugs in all the right places, even a magnifying one in the bathroom with extra lighting. I stayed for one night for a wedding across the road (very well placed) the Green Room extremely spacious, with lovely comfy bed and gorgeous sheets. Super modern bathroom with all amenities. Would highly recommend for a country weekend. Catherine and co very friendly - sadly I did not make breakfast, however, I did leave with a dozen fresh eggs from the farm. Will definitely return ! Stayed for one night on business in Chippenham. The room was clean, pleasant and comfortable. Nice view over the farm and village. The family running the B&B are very kind and friendly! Grittleton is a picturesque village and there is a great pub just down the road from Manor Farm. It was a quick and easy drive into Chippenham in the morning. No issues with traffic Will stay again some time

Stayed in late November for two nights. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was quite filling with home baked breads in the morning. We were made to feel very welcome by our hostess and her family. Excellent value.
