Wonderful weekend at the Neeld - service was great and just what we wanted out of our weekend away in the Cotswolds. We didn’t have a car and would definitely recommend that you take one (thank you to Mark the owner for a lift to Castle Combe)! Staff are very friendly and the room was genuinely perfect.

A beautiful pub in a beautiful village. The food was excellent... the pie was the best I've ever had in a pub; a proper pie made of pastry (Northerners will understand) full of succulent meat and gravy. The staff were very polite and friendly. Nice ales too. Would definitely go again.

Had a lovely dinner with amazing food and a very friendly staff. Dinner begins at 6 p.m. and we were able to get a table immediately. Pie was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is very cozy. Would definitely recommend.

We went for Sunday lunch at this pub. It was the first time my friends and I had visited it and I have to say the service from the get-go was absolutely outstanding. The gentleman who showed us to our table was incredibly cheerful and kind. Moreover, the food was absolutely phenomenal and Very well priced for the quality. It had fantastic atmosphere. I would be going every week if I lived closer!

Gorgeous cottage feel. Kid friendly place. The beds were super comfortable and our room was very spacious. Bathrooms were clean, spacious and there was hot and cold water supply throughout the day and night! Towels were always clean and changed. We appreciated the room service, beds were made for us each night! Breakfast was cooked to perfection. One of the best mushrooms I have had was here.

Stopped here once for a quick pint on travelling through the area. Gorgeous pub in a beautiful little village. The staff were so friendly and the locals were welcoming. Not sure if I will ever pass that way again but would certainly recommend!

Stunning location and a lovely find. We booked two rooms in this beautiful pub as we were at a wedding across the road. We had dinner at the pub and then breakfast in the morning. Food was gorgeous on both occasions and the atmosphere in the evening was really lovely and very busy. Sadly our room was cold and the radiator didn’t kick in at all and this then spoilt our stay. We did tell the lovely lady behind the bar several times but unfortunately the room was still freezing from when we got there to when we left. Would I still recommend this Pub absolutely YES. as hopefully this was just a glitch.

Amazing friendly service. We got there and they had a big table so we're unable to serve hot food. Even though we arrived without calling, they went above and beyond to accommodate us by providing us with a cheese board and chips. The staff were so lovely in particular Freya.

Nice, small village pub with a country feel. Has beer from local brewery plus mainstream offerings. Food is quite good but not exceptional.

Great country pub even with their own Pils brand. The fish and chips were excellent and all other dishes were apparently equally good. So definitely worth a visit it you're in the area.
