   This hotel is super cute. :) Staff are really friendly and helpful. It's also in a good location that is a short walking distance from both the city center and the Bath Spa train station.

   We stayed in the King Room on the first floor and it was absolutely gorgeous. The mattress is one of the most comfortable that I’ve slept on in my life. The house is charming, in pristine condition, and spotlessly clean. The location is nearly unbeatable. It’s a 5 minute, scenic, shaded walk into the heart of Bath. The host and hostess are lovely, kind, good-humored, and funny but won’t hold you hostage in a prolonged conversation so you can get settled in your room or explore Bath.

   We stayed in a triple room with a private bathroom on the first floor. A very cozy place, very clean and with a very good breakfast. The area where the hotel is located is beautiful and just a few minutes from the center of Bath. Very good willingness to serve customers on the part of the place managers.

   Very nice room about 5-10 minutes walk away from the centre of Bath. Free parking in their own carpark. The carpark is small, but there were a few spaces left when we arrived. Comfy beds with teas, coffee, and hot chocolate in the room with a kettle. Continental breakfast was nice. My only issue was the shower. It was awful. Took a while to warm up but then the temperature kept fluctuating between too hot and too cold. No matter how I adjusted it, it kept doing it so I couldn't shower properly in the end and had to give up. There might be a trick to using that type but I didn't have time to ask before we had to go.

   We stayed here for some days and had a good time. The B&B is at a short walk from the city centre. The rooms are cosy and clean. The staff is really friendly and helpfull. Please be adviced that a train track is close to the B&B. Fortunately they have double windows, so the noice of it stays out. However, it can become very warm in the room (first floor) when you have the windows closed and when the weather is warm/hot like it has been for the last couple of months. Furthermore, the beds are not to long. ours was approx. 190 cm and they were a bit short for us.

   A really nice place to stay. Rooms are clean, airy, and comfortable, and come with a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee. The breakfast has loads of options, and the vegetarian one is delicious, with different options for eggs, lots of juice options. The poached eggs were really tasty. The staff was extremely helpful and nice.

   Excellent position that is an easy walk into the centre of Bath. Very clean and friendly. Parking available on site. Breakfast is marvellous. Not 5 stars because our twin room was dark and felt damp and was in the basement- definitely felt like the poor relations!
