Very clear check in process, and a comfortable, homely acomodation. Understanding, accomodating customer service with great communication. It was perfect to stay there with our daughter. Thanks very much!
the place is super clean, everything is provided, and affordable! a little further from the city centre but not complaining, as i prefer a quiet neighbourhood like this. it’s very close to the bus stops anyways, and a big Aldi! the only downside was that our cooker was not working
The place was very ok and neat and it’s a good location with a lot of social amenities around the location……it’s like home away from home
good communication, all instructions were accurate and everything worked out as planned, accomodation was clean and tidy, good location with nearby supermarkets and close to motorway
The apartment was clean but smaller than I had imagined. There was easy access to motorway for visiting other areas around. We found that the double bed was extremely uncomfortable and had a heavy duvet cover which was not appropriate for the weather conditions. The seating in the lounge was also uncomfortable. Kitchen was a bit tired looking. We were in apartment 65.
The apartment is in a fabulous central location. We were always just 20 minutes from wherever we wanted to visit. There was every supermarket nearby and an Aldi and Tesco within a minutes walking distance. We stayed in the standard apartment and the size of the rooms exceeded expectations. The lounge/dining room was huge with plenty of comfortable sitting and a spacious dining table and had an enormous smart TV. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and it was nice to have it as a separate room. The washing machine was a useful bonus. The single room is perfect with a built in wardrobe and even a tub chair to relax in. The double room is absolutely enormous with loads of empty floor space, useful for a yoga workout. Plenty of hot water and a good shower. Only one thing I would like is hooks in the bathroom and bedrooms as there is nowhere to hang towels and dressing gowns. Next time we visit Bristol we will definitely choose Orchard Gate to stay in.
Apartment is large and comfortable and equipped with everything you might want. Very well located for the motorway and has a supermarket very close by. The street was quiet, the neighbors mostly were too. Good communication from the management company and easy check in and check out. Didn't like the doors inside the apartment that close automatically. Some door stops would have been nice. Might be a fire safety thing I understand... Some oil to cook with would also be useful. The hot tap in the bathroom also needs looking at. These are small complaints though, overall was happy with my stay.
