   It's cheap and very clean, so that's good. But it's on one of Bristol's busiest arterial roads and there's lots of traffic noise, so not for light sleepers. And their admin is a shambles if you try to book directly. Last visit, I turned up and there was no room for me and no record of my reservation! At first, the owner, who wasn't on-site, wouldn't answer the phone when I called and I had to trick him into answering using another guest's mobile. It turns out the owner's son hadn't told his dad that he'd confirmed a room with me over email. I had to travel across the city to find another room and got no help or compensation for this.

   I tried to use the tv, but was unable to get it onto any channel. I had been told if I needed help to ring the manager, however over the 2 days I was there no-one answered the phone (evenings). When my room was serviced my hairbrush was removed from my toiletries and I found the jug from my room in the kitchen. It felt strange to have someone go through me belongings and I was glad I had not left my laptop in the room. I've stayed at this location in the past and I was very disappointed in the service given. Although I have spoken to the manager no satisfactory answer was given for my missing brush or why he did not answer my calls. I felt that if there had been a more urgent issue there would have been no-one to contact.

   Pleasant enough, good value, plenty of free parking on the street outside. It's right on a busy road so there was some road noise, and flashing blue lights from emergency vehicles going by, but I still slept well. I had a large comfy room with an en-suite pod in the corner - this had a decent shower and a saniflo toilet. The fire alarm panel in the hallway was very obviously disconnected, so there was no working fire alarm system - but my room was on the ground floor with a window I could have used had the worst happened.

   Jess and her family provide excellent facilities that are scrupulously clean. The atmosphere is gentle and kind, yet non-intrusive. The fridge in the room is a real bonus, along with the availability of washing machine and drier. Happy to recommend.

   very clean, very friendly and well run. the room was great, very spacious and comfortable and all the amenities were well maintained. Jessica was very friendly and helpful. the location is excellent for getting around. highly recommended

   Great room and location, owner was friendly and not intrusive. Able to come and go as we pleased. Everything we needed in room in clouding a fridge which was super helpful. Will return.

   Clean room great friendly host went in and out when I wanted key provided easy parking right outside . Only very minor is that i had the bottom floor room you will get woken up if your a light sleeper perhaps just bring ear plugs and no problem . Other than that I will definitely recommend and stay again .
